We provide unique and intensive physio to support disabled children

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This is my son Darby, he's our hero. Darby was born with cerebral palsy which means he can't stand or walk unaided. That doesn't stop him though, he's active, happy and full of life!

Every few months Darby does two weeks of intensive physio at Freddie Farmer, a charity for children with cerebral palsy. He loves it there, the therapists take wonderful care of him and challenge him to strive to push past his limits. For two hours a day, Darby pushes himself, his body and his mind to stand, walk, and engage.

Freddie Farmer is a charity, subsidised by very generous donations from its benefactors. The fees for therapy are amazingly low considering the value and time they put into the sessions.

Freddie Farmer share a special place in our family's hearts, Darby has been going for a few years now, he loves his time and everyone there  so we'd love to repay their kindness and help raise some money so they can carry on their great work and help to offer more therapy to very deserving and courageous children.

So with that in mind, I'm running the ASICS London 10k on 25th July to help raise money for them! Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated, and will go a long way to help kids like Darby.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
