Every penny raised goes to supporting people to have a better experience of using mental health, learning disability and autism services. 

Needing to access services is a difficult time in anyone's life. Being able to support this to be as positive as possible is so important, your support of me taking this challenge is wonderful. 

My journey to running has been tough, I was badly burned and almost lost a leg, my mental health has been affected too. I needed support for around 15 years, this is a big reason why I am passionate about supporting this charity.
