I will be running the full Thames Path Challenge 100k in September. I’m running for EDT who are an amazing charity helping young people.
EDT's mission is to connect young people and industry with inspiring STEM futures. They aim to make STEM study/careers accessible to all, especially young people who might think of these pathways as “not for me”. They do this by showing the real-life uses of STEM, through hands-on activities with real people who work in the industry. Their activities complement in-class learning, but also develop employability and life skills, preparing young people for the world beyond school.

I work for a company that connects patients with new medicines, in all corners of the world, and this includes COVID-19 Testing kits. In essence we support saving people’s lives and as such I want to support our next generation of young people who want to be part of that.
