I've decided to do the 3 peaks challenge on the anniversary of my brothers suicide. He suffered with mental health issues and it is a cause close to my heart. My main aim in doing the 3 peaks is to raise money and awareness of mental health and also to show people there is hope. I have had mental health issues in the past, I use to be depressed and self harm, but now I am in a better place and use walking mountains as way to help me.
