Hi, I’m Paul and I am running the Great North Run this September 9th for a wonderful local charity, Eden Animal Rescue. They do an amazing job of taking in and re-homing dogs, cats and other small animals. 

They rely solely on charitable donations and fundraising. 

P.s I’ve never run 13 miles before, and I have only got 70% movement in my left leg !!!!!!!!
