28th April was a very special day for me.  I have been asking for sponsorship for the London Marathon for the past few months in aid of Elderly Services at Poole Hospital.  Well I've done it!

I completed the race in 4 hours 25 minutes, which is 35 minutes within the time I needed to get automatic 'Good for Age' entry to next year's race if I want it.  Just don't ask me for a couple of weeks!
