St Nicholas Church at Chislehurst is very beautiful and always gives a great sense of contemplation and peace.  Whether religious or not you will experience that same feeling when you visit, particularly if you go to our ancient churches in the countryside.  However, these churches now have much smaller congregations funding modern projects such as 'ease of access' and 'toilet facilities'.  St Nicholas is now working to provide such additional facilities.  This work follows straight on from the renewal of our chancel roof costing £120,000!  You can support Friends of Kent Churches, or your own county Ride and Stride charity, by donating or participating in the event, this year on 8th September. Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
