On the 8th September, I will be completing the Thames Path Challenge - a 100K (63 mile) walk from Putney to Henley. I am aiming to complete this tough challenge within 24Hours -which will mean walking through the night, non-stop! 

I will be raising money for the DASH Charity - a local charity who work tirelessly to support all those affected by domestic abuse. The DASH charity helps support adults and children in so many ways, including providing crisis accommodation, outreach services and mental health support. They have recently suffered from local government cuts, which is why, more than ever, they need our support.
