People sleeping rough has been on the rise since the financial crisis and if you walk through the centre of any large city or town the numbers of homeless people you see is incredible.  Seeing people living in these conditions as the winter draws nearer is something that troubles me so when my beloved Tranmere Rovers and the wonderful Wirral Ark charity announced that they were joining forces to fund raise I just had to get involved.

People end up sleeping rough for a variety of reasons. Wirral Ark is there to help support them through the toughest of times, when needed most. Please help us to help those currently homeless or at risk of homelessness. 

To raise awareness and vital funding for Wirral Ark I am asking for sponsorship as I will be sleeping rough for one night on Friday 5th October.

I'm hoping that the company I work for (Toyota) will match any funding that I raise so please give what you can as we support this very important cause.
