My aim is to try and improve my fitness after nearly a year long lay off from playing walking football at CFC Cobham . We used to play every Weds morning at Cobham with participants ages ranging from the young 56 year olds to the very experienced  74 + year olds . It is great fun and keeps us old boys fit and healthy. This is all organised by the "Chelsea Foundation " which is a charity that helps to promote fitness and well being to everyone in the community whatever their ages or disability ... nobody is excluded and everyone is welcome. Obviously the Corana Virus has caused a drop in funding and we as a CFC Foundation have asked our participants to start exercising prior to when we start up again , and ask friends and families to donate funds for their efforts . The money will be used to help all those less fortunate in the community to experience the Joy's of playing football and health benefits that accrue.
