This 3rd October I will be running the London Marathon for the first time. I'm no natural runner  - and the training has been hard, even though Kalev the white wolf has been running with me.  

But Neurological conditions are debilitating and life-altering  - Parkinsons, Motor neurone disease, and Head injury and Strokes.  Rehab is expensive and specialist services have long waiting lists. 

It's an underfunded area of healthcare which impacts almost everyone at some point -  but we can help support patients and their families get a better quality of life.
