Firstly - thank you for getting this far as you are now just one click away from helping me make a bit of a difference...I have known too many good people suffer from Cancer of late, and so I thought it was time to help raise some funds for a great charity doing great work. 

Some of you reading this, may think 'well Phil does a lot of cycling anyway, RideLondon isn't that much of a challenge for him...' and you'd be sort of right - however 100 miles is still a 100 miles and through injury I've done the training I would've liked!

Also, the week leading up to the RideLondon I am spending in the Alps cycling in the diary clashes to end all diary clashes...
