Story

In another moment of utter madness, most likely due to the stress of a rescue Saluki Lola from the RSPCA choosing our lounge for her own private wall of death track, I signed up to an ultra marathon.

Clearly I hit the wrong distance button so missed out on the 5km egg and spoon race only to find I’d signed up for 50k.

To share my misery and again make myself accountable I thought I’d raise a bit of cash for the RSPCA rescue centre in Newcastle and Northumberland. If i manage to raise £1,000,000 they may consider taking Lola back (although I suspect they were humouring me)

Thank you for your support and if you want to help I’ll be wearing a GPS tracker so you can google earth my body if I don’t make it.
