Its very easy to take having a warm house, flat or safe place to sleep for granted however, each night, there are 1000's of people throughout the UK "sleeping rough" every night. 

Each year, Shelter helps millions of people struggling with homelessness and bad housing, with your help, they can continue their amazing work and improve 1000's of peoples lives each day.

I'll be cycling 3 separate 100+ mile rides from May to August finishing with the London Ride 100 on 2nd August. Please help to support people sleeping out in the cold and on the streets by donating as much as you can....i know you want to.
