Many years ago I ran the London marathon (not fast but I did finish!) Since then I have met my husband, got married and had three children and my life has never been busier! 

I am not a natural runner, however running is still something I really enjoy and now the motivation to have time to myself and just ‘run’ is a million times greater!

Through st Stephens church I got a place to run the Ealing half marathon and I decided to raise money for the Ealing night shelter that is organised and run by a number of churches in the Ealing area. They are always needing more volunteers and support and their work over the last few years has been invaluable to many.

So please sponsor me and support this fantastic charity. I am very grateful for whatever people want to give and I am also very appreciative of all those who have allowed me to actually train for this run (disappearing for a few hours and leaving my rather noisy children far far away!!)
