Story

Before coronavirus caused the country to go into lockdown, I was volunteering at the Children's Air Ambulance. I had planned to fundraise at the ASICS London 10K, but this has now been cancelled, so I have decided to join the 26 challenge and run 26 laps of my block. I will be running about 13 miles ( a half marathon) and climbing a total of almost 350m, which is taller than the Eiffel tower. Please support my cause this Sunday!

About the campaign

The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

About the charity

The Children’s Air Ambulance is an inter-hospital transfer service flying critically ill babies and children from one hospital to another for specialist care. With our ability to fly approximately four times faster than a land ambulance, we can minimise travel times and the risk for patients.
