Heritage Care is committed to improving the lives of some of the most vulnerable in our society including those with a learning disability, people living with mental ill health and older adults including those living with dementia. It does so by delivering person-centred, innovative care and support solutions tailored to each individuals requirements. This enables people to live more valued, meaningful and fulfilled lives in their communities.

We wish to raise funds to go specifically towards paying the cost of specialist and costly training in positive behaviour support. it will enable our staff teams to continue to deliver exemplary support to the people we care for.
