We  have received fantastic support from the Paediatric Diabetes Unit at Kingston Hospital over the last year.  We are so fortunate that we can afford to buy continuous blood glucose monitors for Alex which means she does not have to finger prick up to 10 times a day, every day.  Unfortunately these devices are not available free on the NHS and cost over £1,000 per year.  Many parents cannot afford these for their children and we would like to help the team in the diabetes unit to help them.  Any amount you can give would be so gratefully received.
