Well, here I am again.... the journey with cancer is unrelenting!!  Having watched my brother in law Russ, fight and loose his battle to bowel cancer.  Then more recently, lose my father to kidney cancer plus close friends suffering from the fear of their inherited cancer gene.  It feels like we can't do enough.  So while my thirst to run stupid distance races continue, then so shall my fight to make the most of the opportunities I am blessed with.  Raising awareness and money to fight on, in memory of family and those friends that still push through every day with fear. 

This year see's the money raised from your kind selves, go toward Poole Hospital Radiotherapy unit in the Cancer Centre.  Your money is so important to their ongoing treatment of which appx 36,000 people were treated in this department, in one year alone.  Better equipment will help  the ever-increasing amount of people that need this help to fight on.
