We fund access to safe water & sanitation to improve health for whole communities

Story

A few of us from the Bristol pie crew decided to pedal or paddle (or both!)  in support of FRANK's sustainable safe water and sanitation projects in India and Nepal.

The pedaling pie crew kicked things off  with Pieminister's Tour de Pie, a cycle ride linking every Pieminister restaurant in the land. The first leg was 130 (hilly!) miles: Leeds - Sheffield - Manchester - Liverpool, with the crew stopping to carb-load on pies and patties along the way.

Then, two pie crew teams, the Soggy Bottoms and the Floaty McFloat Faces, took to the water for FRANK's Stand Up for Safe Water challenge.  A stand-up paddleboarding relay competition, both teams managed to stay afloat and everyone had a fantastic time splashing about in the sunshine.

The final two legs of the Tour de Pie followed, finishing in Bristol in the summer of 2019.
