A colleague of ours is living with MS. He is a true gentleman – and a good friend.

So, in an effort to raise as much as we can for the MS Society, we have boldly decided to run in the GNR 2015 – some of us did this for the first time last year but the rest of us haven’t even run half that distance before!!

We've set the bar at £5k and would love to exceed that - please help us rocket past that for such a great cause. We aimed for £3k last year and thanks to the generous support of many, we surpassed that amount – but £5k is certainly a new challenge and we would love your support in trying to reach that amount this year!
