The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

I am one of Kiota's trustees. We have been affected by loss of funds, and worrying changing needs due to coronavirus, and so when the #TwoPointSixChallenge was set up to support all UK charities at this time, we signed up. You can read more about Kiota and our beneficiaries on the Kiota Team page.

I'm spending lock down with my parents, and feel lucky to be able to do so. Time is precious. I wanted to use this challenge as an opportunity to do something with my Dad. Those who are close to me know that my Dad has difficulties with his short term memory. His retention of facts however, and knowledge of the natural world has always been, and continues to be, impressive.

Over the next 26 days, I will be my Dad's student. Each day, I will share something about the natural world that I have learnt from my Dad. I'll be donating £2.60 for each thing I learn. I hope you will share and enjoy this journey.

If you feel you can chip in to support Kiota or join up to our newsletter here: https://kiota.us14.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=456fada0a1f6b9cd2dd34811c&id=f9750fd649, that's wonderful.  But, either way, please follow my journey and enjoy!
