Ptarmigan Media is delighted and proud to have chosen The Mix as our charity of the year for 2021.

The Mix is unique in providing essential mental health support and holistic information wholly digitally for under 25s. Young people can talk to The Mix's staff, trained volunteers and counsellors 24/7 through their digital, social and mobile channels: a helpline, counselling service, community boards, crisis messenger, and over 2000+ articles on www.themix.org.uk

Under 25s can come to The Mix with any issue they're facing, from mental health to breakups, from money worries to drugs, and all their services are both free and confidential.

Our aim is to raise £10,000 this year as a company and collectively we are taking part in a 15km sponsored walk on 11 November along the Thames towpath.
