I will be celebrating hitting 71 in August, and so to celebrate, I will be completing a freefall abseil at the ArcelorMittal Orbit tower at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

At 262 feet tall, this is the UK's highest freefall abseil and is on the 

I am raising money for Tenterden and District Day Centre, a charity of which I am a Trustee.The Centre provides day services to over 120 older and disabled people, plus many other community services to hundreds more. They need to raise in the region of £70,000 every year from the community just to keep the services going.
