Ally, Nadia, Amanda, Vicky, Vanessa, Germaine, Kath, Tom Rachael  & myself are hiking THE YORKSHIRE THREE PEAKS!! The Yorkshire three peaks challenge is a circular walk which encompasses three major peaks in the Yorkshire Dales, Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside, and Ingleborough. Make no mistake this is a tough challenge over 1600m of ascent and 39.2km in distance.
RASA is a non-profit charity, it is a professional counselling and support service that exists solely to improve the mental and physical wellbeing of individuals subjected/impacted by sexual violence in Liverpool/Sefton/Wirral. We have a team of 10 RASA workers and volunteers hoping to raise as much money as possible. We are doing this for ANYONE who has been subjected to sexual violence, its NOT OK!! We also want to raise our amazing organisation's profile so more people can get the help they need. The money raised will contribute toward client support so please DIG DEEP!! Thank you. :)
