I am Renée and I am nearly 5 years old.

I was diagnosed with a complex kidney condition at the age of 5 months. I was frequently admitted to the children's ward when I was younger and I am still a regular visitor to the hospital for treatment and testing.

My mummy and daddy are extremely grateful for all the treatment I have received and to all staff who have cared for me.

Please sponsor my daddy who is running the London Marathon 2018 to raise as much money for the children's ward which in turn will benefit the many children who visit the hospital.
