LoveSupportUnite (LSU) is a brilliant charity established by my dear friends Nina and Alice Pulford. Thanks to fundraising, they can provide a home, food and education for 35 girls, they're well on their way to completing their first self-sustainable school, they support local businesses through their micro-loans programme - and they hope to build a medical clinic by the end of 2016.

Essentially, they're AWESOME. I saw it all firsthand in my recent trip out to Malawi. Watching Alice, Nina and team at work blew my mind.

So in December, I managed (just!) to reach the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro to raise funds for LSU and am incredibly grateful to everyone who sponsored me.

For those that haven't got around to it, you've now got a double whammy - you can sponsor me for the climb AND the Brighton Marathon. Yes, I am a sucker for punishment. Surely it deserves a fiver...
