I've wanted to sign up to an organised running event for a while and I thought, who better to support and raise funds for than the The Fishermen's Mission. They are the only charity that helps and supports families within fishing communities such as here in Brixham. Growing up in a fishing community, I heard far too often of accidents in this dangerous industry. The love and guidance the mission provide to the families left behind is invaluable. They have helped and supported me and my family in the past and I'd like to say thank you.
