As some of you know my nephew Conor was diagnosed with FND (Functional Neurological Disorder) at the age of 16 and became wheelchair bound at the time in his life when most teenagers find their feet and become independent.  Despite this he remained positive and was determined he would walk again, even though doctors could not guarantee this would ever happen.

The Physiotherapy team at Portland College helped Conor enormously and were instrumental in his progress, which saw him walking again in November, much to everyone’s amazement and delight. 

I am therefore raising money for equipment to help the college transform the life of other students like Conor.
