Hey, Im Rachel Harwood and I study at Lagan College. A team and I will be heading out to South Africa in mid October 2017 with SERVE, a development and volunteering organisation committed to tackling poverty in the majority world. On the Immersion project, our team will be working with Tsholofelo community focusing on improving infrastructure, healthcare & HIV/AIDS treatment and support, squatter camp community development/construction and youth work.
