I will be cycling from London to Amsterdam via Bruges, covering around 90 miles each day for 4 days, having had no experience of road cycling before!  

Multiple sclerosis is a lifelong disease in which the body's immune system attacks the nerves in the brain and spinal cord causing damage. This damage disrupts the ability of parts of the nervous system to communicate resulting in a range of symptoms of varying severity.  

The Berkshire MS Therapy Centre provides a range of therapy treatments, guidance and support, enabling improved disease symptom management for people with Multiple Sclerosis .

Personally, the centre has enabled me to access oxygen therapy to alleviate my MS symptoms and has been a welcoming and supportive place. The centre is a charity and relies on donations to operate.
