As some of you know, I have my own struggles with mental health.  The Shaw Mind Foundation has launched Headucation, a campaign to implement compulsory mental health education in primary and secondary schools.  If we can give young people the tools to take care of their mental well-being, hopefully there will be fewer who suffer as a result of mental illness in the future.
