I'm thrilled (....& a little nervous) to announce that I have secured myself a place in the Prudential RideLondon-Surrey 100 on Sunday, August 2nd & have chosen to cycle for Children with Cancer again.

However much I loved the event last year - and I did - it's still 100 miles through London & the Surrey hills and requires months of hill training and dedication starting now.

I'm sure most of you will know why I've chosen Children with Cancer - I will be flying the Lizzy B flag again with love, pride & longing - I, along with our family, feel passionately that we are more than able to help children, like our Lizzy, fight cancer, or, perhaps in the future, avoid it altogether - now, isn't that a great thought.

So I ask you to pledge any amount you can, no matter how small, to keep me inspired and on track, all of which goes quickly & directly to Children with Cancer.
