Safe and Sound support children and young people in Derby and Derbyshire who have experienced or are at risk of experiencing horrific abuse. Their work is incredibly important and helps those that are most at need, all year round. 

On Wednesday 20 Dec, I have jumped into their festive fool challenge to raise money and awareness by dressing up as a really big stupid pudding, no matter where I am, what I'm doing, who can see me.  Supermarket?  FOOL!  Team meetings?  FOOL!  Dinner with friends?  FOOOOOOOOL!
