I have wanted to do a skydive for a long time and now I have the opportunity to not only take part in what many say is the most amazing experience ever but to raise money for a charity at the same time! I wanted to raise money for an animal charity and decided that I would not do this for a large charity but for a small one which is not so well known. I feel like these charities sometimes get ignored as nobody is aware of them. I myself was not aware of Willows Animal Sanctuary and Animal Assisted Therapy Unit until I started my search for my cause. Willows is an Aberdeenshire rescue and cares for all types of animals, some old, some in need of vet care and some who have just plainly been unwanted and neglected. Without the help of these dedicated and kind people many loving animals would have been put to slaughter or died of illness, starvation and neglect but are now leading happy, healthy and safe lives. I have attached some pictures of animals that the rescue has saved but I encourage you all to LIKE their page on Facebook and follow their good work for yourselves and enjoy all the updates and pictures of their beautiful animals which range from horses to reptiles! You can also visit Willows and see them for yourself!! All information on visiting is on their page or you can visit their website!

I will be doing my jump on Saturday 5th April 2014 with Skydive St Andrews. I will be purchasing the DVD of my jump so everyone will have the opportunity to see me screaming all the way down... ;)
