I had the opportunity to visit Kenya as part of my gap year in 2016. Whilst there I stayed with a charity called the Isaiah Trust. It is a wonderful charity and helps street children by giving them a safe and loving place to stay,food and provides them with education in the hope that they will be able to rejoin school. Whilst in Kenya I was very much involved with the teaching aspect and it saddens me to think that these children don't have basic educational facilities to give them the opportunity to reach their full potential.
With the money raised I plan to build an outdoor learning area with basic facilities for them to use.
If you feel able to give anything towards this worthwhile project it will be very much appreciated.
