Our wonderful Dad, John Sampson sadly lost his battle with cancer and passed away on 3rd July 2020. 

He received treatment during the last eight months of his life,  and was supported and cared for by his local hospital. We have created this page as a way for friends and family to make a small donation (If they wish to) directly towards a charity, which facilitated his care. 

The Chartwell Cancer Trust is a local charity, raising funds to make improvements to Cancer care for patients across Bromley Borough, South East London and Kent.

We would like to raise money to help support The Chartwell Cancer Trust in John's name, to help other patients and commemorate his life.
