Myself, Beth Gerrish and Georgina Harding are raising money for AP Cymru as they have provided invaluable support for myself and my family along the journey of diagnosis for my daughter Belle. 

AP Cymru and our supporters are teaming up during Autism Acceptance Month to complete 10000000 steps for the estimated 700,000 autistic people in the UK.

AP Cymru is a Welsh charity providing direct, bespoke support to autistic individuals and their families during all stages of their journey. They provide exclusive inclusive activities for the whole family, training for schools and businesses, as well as clinics, workshops and a Face2Face support service.

£10 pays for a child to attend a fun activity with their family, supported by trained members of staff that they would not be able to access outside of our understanding and encouraging environment.

£30 pays for two families to receive bespoke one-to-one outreach with a senior member of staff.

£100 pays for a workshop for up to ten families. Our workshops include guest speakers who live with autism, occupational therapy clinics, understanding and managing behaviour which challenges, special educational needs law, and many more.

This pandemic has been incredibly tough on small charities, so we couldn't be more grateful for your support.
