At Christmas I turn 50 years old and thought I would set myself some challenges. It all started with the "Great River Race". As a member of Beaumaris rowing club I have the opportunity to take part in a 22 mile row up the Thames on September 3rd. I thought I would bring the total mileage up to 50, to match my age, by doing a 14 mile horse-ride and a 14 mile walk in September to raise money for guide dogs.

I have retinitis pigmentosa and am lucky enough to have guide dog Jazz, and would like to raise money towards providing dogs for other people experiencing sight loss.
