Story
Dan Y Bryn is a Leonard Cheshire Home (with nursing care) providing a range of services for adults with physical disabilities.
My Dad was a resident here for over 20 years and provided him with the highest levels of care and love anyone could have ever asked for. It is a wonderful place full of love and fun, and I am raising money for them this October in memory of my Dad and to help thank them for everything above and beyond they did for my Dad, please dig deep :-D
