On the 22nd of September,myself and a group of friends are going to take part in an anual event to swim across the Mersey. This is something I have been working towards over the past three years, supported by the PLF through Cold Water Swimming and Group Swimming sessions at a local Gym

I am using this event,to raise funds for the Paul Lavelle Foundation which is a Local Charity set up by a group of my friends. Thanks to them and the Foundation they have set up, many people have benefitted from the support and help they offer as well as helping other Local Charities.

I would like to take this opourtunity to thank all the people involved with this great Charity who have helped so many people including myself. What I have experienced from taking part in the group  activities they have rolled out has been life changing. I know this  has been the case for alot of other people.

Once again Thank You and may the good work be able to continúe through fund raising supported by good people.
