The NHS do an incredible job all year round not just in these tough times. I’m doing something off my own back to help give back some sort of a thank you gesture for all the hard work and long hours you have been putting in to keep us all safe.

19km everyday for 19 days - it works out to around 12 miles a day and a total of 225 miles!
