On consecutive weekends in August Rob & Alli are attempting two endurance challenges:

Sunday 2nd August Peak Skyrace

A 29.7 mile trail race in the Peak District with 2000m of climbing.

Sunday 9th August Rise Above Sportive

A 115 mile cycle sportive with 2800m of climbing.

Why would we put ourselves through these two rather extreme challenges?  To support the Facing Up 2 Kidney Cancer campaign, which is lead by a good friend of Alli's Jon Birchall, who has been diagnosed with terminal kidney cancer, and is riding over 5000 miles around Britain on his motorbike to raise awareness of the disease.
