My Son, Alex, has recently been diagnosed with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is an incurable muscle wasting disease.  Boys with DMD are usually wheelchair bound by the age of 12 and have a life expectancy in the early 20's.

I am doing the Action Duchenne Lands End to John O'Groats Cycle Challenge in July/Aug 2015 covering 950 Miles over 10 days.  The money raised will go towards clinical research to find treatments and a cure for this devastating condition.
