Hi everyone, and thanks for visiting this page. In honour of my mid-life crisis, I've taken on a new challenge. I'm doing the London Duathlon in a couple weeks - think of it as a triathlon for people who can't swim... Hopefully I'll be able to make it through 15k of running and 44k of cycling, but regardless, I wanted to take this opportunity to raise a little money for our local hospital. They have lovely staff who have done so much for us and our extended family, just in the short time we've been living in the area, and it would be great to give back to them.
