The Bard's Ride is a fundraising Cycle Ride around the glorious South Warwickshire countryside on 14th September 2019. It's a great day out with a choice of two bike routes of 18 miles and 40 miles, starting at Newbold-on-Stour.

Story

On Saturday 14th September 2019, the Warwickshire and Coventry Historic Churches Trust are holding The Bard's Ride to raise funds for the preservation of Warwickshire's historic churches. Please help us by supporting this important campaign to save these wonderful historic buildings for future generations. There are 2 bike rides around the stunning South Warwickshire countryside: an 18-mile Family Fun Ride and a more challenging 40-mile Ride from Newbold-on-Stour Village Green, finishing at Honington Hall grounds for a barbecue in the afternoon. About the charity

We are a non-religious and self-supporting charity which aims to preserve the rich heritage of church buildings for future generations. We make grants towards the repair and maintenance of churches in all parts of Warwickshire and the city of Coventry.
