We provide intensive physiotherapy to help to disabled children reach their potential

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

To celebrate my 60th birthday I am going to cycle and walk the 87 miles of The Ridgeway, one of Britain's oldest roads, with my three elder brothers. I often see the children from Footsteps as I jog or cycle through Dorchester and the improvement they make in their mobility through the therapy they receive is really inspiring. We might grumble about being a little stiff after a ride or a walk but the efforts these children make and the results they achieve are absolutely life-changing.

About the charity

Footsteps Foundation improves the quality of life for children and young adults with neuro-motor disorders. We provide them with access to a unique programme of intensive physiotherapy at the Footsteps Centre, enabling them to reach their full potential whilst gaining confidence and independence.
