Story

Hi, the plan is week commencing 22nd March 2021 I'm going to be running 5km, every hour on the hour for 24hrs. this run is in memory of two lovely ladies, Diane Linley who growing up was like a second mother to me she sadly passed away March 6th 2020 from cancer. Diane gave 20+ years service to loros and was due to retire upon being given the news that she had cancer. the second lady Sheila Kent worked for Leicester City FC as the laundry manager for 42 years, she was due to retire once the first team was to move to there new seagrave training centre buy sadly sheila was taken ill during Christmas 2019 and was never to return to work again. both ladies are duly missed  by everyone they touched. it doesn't matter if you can donate £1,£10, £100 lets raise as much money as we can for such a wonderful cause.

LOROS is a charity based in Leicester whose aim is to enhance the quality of life of adult patients with cancer, progressive neurological conditions and end-stage organ failure for whom curative treatment is no longer possible. Patients are treated at the Hospice and in the community based upon clinical need, regardless of background and the ability to pay. Thanks for reading.
