Well I'm not to sure how but I will be running the London marathon this year and need all the the help and motivation I can get. Preferably this would be through extremely generous donations to the much deserving charity I will be running for. 

I will be raising money for Bede House, a small charity which does lots of great work within their local community, for example helping people with learning disabilities, supporting.those affected by domestic violence and MUCH, MUCH, MORE!  This amazing work is carried out despite them having fewer resources than many of the bigger charities and they deserve all the help they can get.
