My beautiful friend, Carla Rankin, was a brilliant person, always smiling and never far away if you needed anything (That is Carla in the photo). 

After a terrible accident, we lost Carla last August due to Epilepsy. However, we will continue to carry on Carla's awesomeness and a bunch of us are running the Great North Run in the best city in the world, MANCHESTER!!! And in true Carla Rankin fashion, most of us will be in fancy dress… oh dear!

If you could spare any change, coins or good thoughts to this cause and us crazy cats who will be running this then it would be much appreciated and I would be extremely grateful!!!
